Unlike traditional flexibility training, FRC prioritizes long-term joint health and durability. My tailored FRC sessions help you move better, feel stronger, and unlock your body’s full potential.

Achieve your goals with customized one-on-one strength training and weight management sessions. Available in 45- or 60-minute blocks, these sessions can be purchased individually or in cost-saving packages of 5 or 10. Whether you prefer in-person guidance or virtual training from the comfort of your home, I’ll create a program that aligns with your fitness level and aspirations. As a single mother of two adventurous boys, life is full of games, books, and countless explorations together. My journey into wellness began many moons ago with a passion for Traditional Chinese Medicine, and while my career path has shifted, my dedication to helping others thrive remains at the heart of everything I do.

Today, I’m an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Group Fitness Instructor, specializing in Functional Range Conditioning with advanced certifications in FRCms and FRSC(ISM). I pour my whole heart into my work, taking my clients’ health and well-being as seriously as I would my own. Fitness is more than a job to me—it’s my passion, and I’m lucky to have the best time doing what I love while helping others unlock their full potential.
